1. Who sells the guides

The guides are written and published by the independent publisher of the Forever guides. Contact: contact@forevergoldguide.com.

Payments are processed by Payhip, which also collects and pays EU and UK VAT.

2. Product

The Forever guides (The Forever Gold Guide, The Forever Leveling Guide, The Forever Professions Guide and the bundle of all three) are digital guides in PDF format, written in English, about the game World of Warcraft: Forever. They are unofficial and not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown on this website in euros. Checkout shows the final price, including any VAT or sales tax that applies in your country. You can pay by card or PayPal through Payhip.

4. Delivery

You get a download link on screen and by email immediately after payment.

5. Your license

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to read and print the guide for your own use. You may not share, upload, resell or distribute it. Each copy is marked with the purchaser's details.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because the guide is digital content delivered immediately, at checkout you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose this right once the download is made available (article 103(m) of Spain's Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

7. Faulty files

If your file is damaged, won't download or doesn't match this description, email contact@forevergoldguide.com. We'll send you a working copy or refund you.

8. Updates

We plan to publish updated editions as World of Warcraft: Forever changes. Updates to the guides you bought are free: we'll email you when a new edition is out, and you can download it again from your purchase email or Payhip library.

9. No guaranteed results

The guide describes methods and market observations. Results depend on your play, your realm's market and changes Blizzard makes to the game, so no specific amount of gold is guaranteed.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence. For any complaint, email contact@forevergoldguide.com first and we'll try to resolve it.
